We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our digital photography tutorials and e-books. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
Due to the nature of digital presets and templates, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We encourage you to review sample images and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Our refund policy for in-person and virtual photography workshops is as follows:

Transfer of registration to another person is permitted with prior written notice to us.
If we need to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the following options:
Please note that Sunriver Corner is not responsible for any travel expenses, hotel reservations, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a canceled workshop. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for in-person workshops.
For physical prints and photo products:
To return a physical product:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
For photography services (portrait sessions, event photography, etc.):
For outdoor photography sessions affected by inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. The determination of what constitutes inclement weather is at the discretion of the photographer.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase when possible:
If the original payment method is unavailable for refund, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you experience an issue with your purchase that is not covered by this policy, please contact us, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
